Confirm your order
Once we've received your order—we'll get in touch to confirm the specifics, pricing, dates, and any other important details we need to know.
We bake it
Now the magic begins. We'll crank up the mixers, fire up the oven, and start baking all those delicious goodies you ordered to make your next event special.
Pickup or delivery
Once finished, we'll let you know you're order is ready for pickup. We also offer delivery to customers located in the Belleville-area for a small fee.

Our First Come, First Serve Policy
Cookie Jar is proud to offer the tastiest European-inspired gourmet cake flavors and desserts in Belleville, Ontario. Our location is a rare hotspot and we experience great demand from customers all year round, so we operate on a first come first serve basis. To ensure your order is fulfilled and delivered on time, submit your order requestat least two weeks in advance of your desired pickup or delivery time.
We prioritize orders that:
- Are made well in advance of their delivery date
- Are organized and include all necessary details
- Are made with the required 50% deposit
For larger, customized, and complex orders, we recommend that youorder more than two weeks in advance.
For weddings, we highly recommend submitting your order months to half a year in advance–especially in the summer season. A 50% deposit must be made to secure your date.
We do not accommodate same-day orders of any kind.
